Job Description:

Join a bustling Emergency Department in Centennial, CO, for a 13-week travel RN assignment focused on night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work in a hospital based ED that has transitioned from a freestanding ED, now equipped with advanced resources such as a full lab, radiology services including CT and MRI, and new equipment like LifePak and Philips monitors. You will be responsible for managing acute care procedures such as IV insertions, EKGs, wound care, and patient assessments in a fast-paced environment that demands expertise and calmness under pressure. The unit boasts 18 beds with a dedicated team of 14 staff members, including fellow RNs, respiratory therapists, and support personnel. Expect to work approximately 36 hours per week, with shifts during the overnight hours. Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of current acute care ED RN experience, along with certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH, TNCC, and ENPC, are preferred.
