Job Description:

Join a dedicated Cardiac Short Stay department as a Telemetry Registered Nurse, providing essential care for patients before and after CVL procedures. This position offers a unique chance to work in a facility that operates around the clock, with a focus on cardiac patient management. Your responsibilities will include venous sheath pulls, monitoring patient progress, and documenting using Cerner Powerchart. The shift features 12-hour days, giving you plenty of time to explore the vibrant city and its surroundings during your days off. Two years of nursing experience, including at least one on a cardiac unit, and certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS are required. Travel nurses should be prepared to work every other weekend, two out of three holidays, and float as needed. Locals are not accepted; applicants must reside at least 50 miles away. Pending MI licensure is acceptable with a prompt application within 24 hours of offer.
