Job Description:

Seeking a dedicated Tele Float Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract in Worcester, MA. This role involves working a 12-hour rotating night shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) with a commitment of 48 hours per week. The position requires flexibility to float between the North Pavilion and adult telemetry floors at the University campus, providing bedside nursing in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of recent experience, a Massachusetts license, and Epic charting skills. You will be responsible for performing patient assessments, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team while adapting to unit needs. Prior travel experience is preferred, and candidates must complete two pass/fail exams during orientation, including a medication and telemetry exam.
