Job Description:

This dedicated MedSurg/Tele RN role in Shelby, NC, offers a chance to work 12-hour night shifts in a facility known for its busy, fast-paced environment. You will be managing a varied patient load with diagnoses such as joint replacements, bowel surgeries, and medical overflow cases. Expect to interpret cardiac rhythms, administer non-titrating cardiac drips, and handle wound care and drain management. Floating across multiple regional facilities is required, providing a dynamic experience in different units within the scope of your practice. This assignment is ideal for a nurse with at least 18 months of MedSurg/Tele experience who enjoys a challenge and a variety of cases. The work schedule involves evening shifts, with weekend rotations and occasional holiday work, making this an engaging opportunity for seasoned nurses ready for a 13-week adventure.
