Job Description:

Join a 13-week assignment as an RN in Med Surg/Oncology at Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO. This role involves providing direct patient care on the 8 West Oncology unit, which specializes in oncology, neuro overflow, medical patients, and end-of-life care. You will be working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a weekly commitment of 36 hours. The position offers an opportunity to experience the unique environment of a Level 2 Trauma Center with advanced certifications, including the Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval for Heart Failure. Expect to engage in medication administration, physical assessments, and EMR documentation, with float requirements to other med/surg units as needed. A current Missouri RN license and BLS certification are required, along with at least one year of Med Surg experience. This role calls for a team player comfortable with a fast-paced, patient-focused environment that emphasizes professionalism and adaptability.
