Job Description:

Join our team as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse in Columbia, SC, and experience a role that combines autonomy with a fast-paced environment. You'll be working 12-hour night shifts (7 p.m. to 7 a.m.) on a team that handles critical cases in a small but busy, 6-bed free-standing ER. This assignment offers the opportunity to float between units and sister facilities, including MUSC Health Columbia NE and DT, providing variety and extra challenge to your shift. With at least two years of ER experience, you'll bring charge nurse expertise and comfort navigating Epic charting. Expect to work every other weekend, with on-call responsibilities not required, and guaranteed hours balanced with the flexibility of being able to call off one shift per two weeks. This role is perfect for seasoned ER nurses looking to expand their experience in a supportive, community-oriented setting.
