Job Description:

Join the Cardiac Renal Unit at Deaconess Midtown in Evansville, Indiana, as a Telemetry RN for a 13-week contract. This role offers the opportunity to work 12-hour days, providing care for high-acuity cardiac patients with complex needs such as arrhythmias, heart failure, and post-procedural care. The assignment is perfect for experienced telemetry nurses looking to challenge their skills in a bustling hospital setting. You'll be floating within your skill set across different campuses, including Deaconess Newburgh and Henderson, with cross-campus floating possible with short notice. Expect to interpret 12-lead EKGs, initiate and titrate IV drips, and perform chest tube management, all while collaborating with a dedicated team led by a seasoned manager. This position emphasizes critical thinking, resilience, and adaptability, making it ideal for nurses who thrive on variety and quick decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
