Job Description:

This travel contract offers an opportunity to work as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting in Seattle, WA. The role involves delivering care during childbirth, including circulating, providing newborn assessments, and administering relevant medications such as magnesium sulfate and insulin. You will work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) every other weekend and holidays, supporting a unit with approximately 15 deliveries daily and 31 beds. This assignment is perfect for experienced RNs with 3-5 years of high-risk labor and delivery experience and current certifications. Candidates will have the chance to float to sister units supporting obstetric, postpartum, or nursery care, all following AWHONN guidelines, with electronic fetal monitoring experience valued.
