Job Description:

This travel RN position places you in the Interventional Radiology unit at Portsmouth Regional Hospital in Portsmouth, NH. You'll work in a specialized setting with two state-of-the-art IR suites, a holding area, and a CT procedure room, performing procedures like angiograms, cerebral coiling, biopsies, carotid stenting, thrombectomy, and more. Your role involves assisting with moderate sedation, managing procedural workflows, and ensuring patient safety during minimally invasive interventions. The unit has a small team of five nurses and five techs, offering a focused environment where independent, efficient teamwork is valued. The shift is eight hours daily, with weekend rotations and 1-2 on-call nights per week, providing a variety of experiences within a 40-hour workweek for 13 weeks.
