Job Description:

Join a busy emergency department as a Registered Nurse on a 26-week travel contract in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. During this assignment, you'll work 12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, providing critical care to a diverse patient population. The role involves performing IV starts, triage, and telemetry monitoring, with a focus on rapid assessment and response. Applicants should have at least two years of ER experience and hold certifications like ACLS, BCLS, NIH, PALS, and MOAB. Prior experience with EPIC, Pyxis, and SBAR systems is expected. Fluency in passing EKG testing is required before starting. The unit expects floating between the Emergency Observation Unit and Emergency Behavioral Health based on staffing needs. This contract offers an engaging environment where your skills directly impact patient outcomes in a regional referral and tertiary care setting.
