Job Description:

Join a vibrant labor and delivery team in a scenic city known for its lakes and outdoor activities. You'll be working 12-hour night shifts on a rotating schedule that includes weekdays, weekends, days, and nights, providing a varied and interesting experience. This role is focused on supporting the delivery of approximately 25-33 births per month across six birthing suites and four postpartum/surgical rooms, mostly assisting with low to moderate risk pregnancies. Expect to work closely with OB/GYNs and family practice physicians, with a special focus on assisting with babies and supporting mothers immediately after birth. Your primary responsibilities include assisting during labor, helping with postpartum recovery, and supporting fetal heart monitoring, all while adhering to established protocols. This assignment offers a chance to gain valuable experience working in a smaller setting with a tight-knit team, without the long-term commitment of a permanent position.
