Job Description:

This contract opportunity invites skilled healthcare professionals to join a busy hospital setting in Burlington, Massachusetts. The role involves working 12-hour night shifts, providing essential support across various hospital units including emergency department, inpatient holds, and PACU. The position demands adaptability to float between units and handle high-pressure situations with confidence. Experience with Level 1 trauma and Epic systems is preferred, and proficiency with BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS is essential. Expect to work every other weekend, with a guarantee of 72 hours biweekly, and occasional floating in 4-hour blocks. This assignment offers a vibrant environment where your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes during overnight hours.
