Job Description:

Join our team as an ER Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract in the heart of New Haven. You will work four 12-hour night shifts per week, providing critical support within a Level 1 Trauma Center. This assignment offers the opportunity to cross-train and float between multiple campuses, including ED observation units, though trauma and rescue rooms are not included. Experience in trauma settings is required, and familiarity with Epic charting is expected. This role involves responding to high-acuity situations, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and navigating a fast-paced emergency environment. With a focus on patient stabilization and support, you’ll gain valuable exposure to complex trauma cases in a challenging yet rewarding setting.
