Job Description:

Join our team as an ER Registered Nurse in Worcester, MA, for a 26-week contract working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. This role offers an engaging opportunity to be part of the fast-paced emergency department, where you'll be responsible for providing essential patient care, monitoring telemetry, and collaborating with medical staff during overnight hours. The assignment includes a unique requirement to pass two exams—medication and telemetry—that are critical for success in this role. The facility welcomes nurses with at least 1.5 years of experience, holding a valid Massachusetts license, and proficient in reading telemetry data. Familiarity with EPIC, ACLS, BLS, and PALS is preferred. Flexibility around start times within four hours is sometimes needed, but flexibility is rare and only for urgent staffing needs.
