Job Description:

Join a renowned teaching hospital in Winston-Salem, NC, for a 13-week travel assignment as a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry RN. You'll be working 12-hour day shifts in a 26-bed unit dedicated to general medicine, including conditions like diabetes, GI issues, respiratory concerns, renal problems, and wound care. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to handle diverse patient cases, including chest tubes, trachs, lab draws, and medication management with IV pumps and PCA devices. Your expertise will contribute to a team that values teamwork, patient-centered care, and reliability. This assignment offers plenty of support, including a rapid response team, 24/7 hospitalist coverage, and centralized telemetry monitoring. Ideal for RNs with at least 2 years of MedSurg experience, capable of navigating high-stress situations and reading telemetry strips, and ready to make an impact in a dynamic hospital setting.
