Job Description:

Looking for an experienced ER Registered Nurse to join a fast-paced Emergency Room and Psych ED setting in Durham, North Carolina. This night shift role involves 12-hour overnight shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, providing critical care and swift assessments to a diverse patient population. The role requires handling a patient ratio of 1:4, with a focus on managing both emergency and psychiatric cases. The ideal candidate will be proficient in EPIC charting, hold current North Carolina or Compact licensure, and possess at least two years of ER experience, including Psych ED. Certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and CPI (on-site if not in hand) are mandatory. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to work in a supportive environment with bi-weekly orientations and a committed team of healthcare professionals.
