Job Description:

This respiratory therapy role involves working in a fast-paced ICU environment, specializing in ECMO support for both pediatric and adult patients. You will be responsible for managing ECMO devices during bedside cannulation and cannula repositioning, ensuring optimal performance and patient safety. The work takes place during 12-hour night shifts, with rotations between the CVICU and PICU units, providing a unique opportunity to gain experience in critical respiratory and cardiac care. The position is well-suited for RTs or RNs with ICU experience and ECMO certification, looking to make a significant impact on patient outcomes in a challenging yet rewarding setting.
