Job Description:

Join a rewarding travel nursing opportunity as an RN at a facility in Peoria, Illinois. This 13-week contract involves working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, providing vital support to the healthcare team during overnight hours. You will be responsible for performing comprehensive patient assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, documenting nursing interventions accurately, and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout your shift.
