Job Description:

Join a specialized endoscopic and invasive procedures team as a Registered Nurse dedicated to ensuring patient safety and comfort during complex medical interventions. In this role, you will work closely with pre-operative staff to assess patient needs, develop and execute tailored care plans, and provide education and reassurance to patients and their families. Your skills in critical thinking and aseptic technique will be essential as you respond to changing circumstances, monitor procedural compliance, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Expect to adapt to various settings within the surgical environment, including floating to other departments as needed, and potentially participate in on-call rotations. This assignment offers a hands-on experience in a fast-paced, procedure-focused setting where your expertise directly impacts patient outcomes.
