Job Description:

Join a reputable Magnet and Level I Trauma Center in St. Louis as a Telemetry Registered Nurse. This 13-week contract offers 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, providing an engaging opportunity to work within a highly skilled team in a fast-paced setting. You'll be responsible for managing telemetry and step-down patients, including administering cardiac drips and monitoring advanced cardiac rhythms. The role requires at least 2 years of experience in telemetry or step-down units, with relevant certifications such as ACLS and BLS. Flexibility within scope and pending licenses are accepted, and there’s a guarantee of hours each week, making this a reliable yet challenging assignment.
