Job Description:

This NICU travel assignment in Milwaukee, WI, offers a unique opportunity for healthcare professionals experienced in caring for high-risk newborns. You will work in a busy Level III NICU within a Level IV Trauma Center, providing advanced care to critically ill infants requiring multi-system support. The shift consists of 12-hour days over a span of approximately 13 weeks, with a weekly commitment of 48 hours. The role involves managing high-acuity neonates on ventilators, administering IV therapies, and collaborating closely with a dedicated team of respiratory therapists, neonatologists, and support staff. To excel here, you must have at least two years of NICU experience at a level III or higher, hold current BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications, and be prepared to deliver exceptional neonatal care in a fast-paced environment.
