Job Description:

This RN role on the Cardiac Tele unit at Mercy Hospital Springfield offers a hands-on opportunity to manage real-time cardiac patient needs during 12-hour night shifts. You'll be involved in patient assessment, drug titrations, and coordinating care for cardiac patients with varying conditions. The assignment features a rotational float schedule, so adaptability is key. Expect to work with telemetry monitors, infusion pumps, and assist with post-trauma and surgical patients. It’s a chance to sharpen skills in a well-regarded facility that values experienced, decisive nurses who bring focus and determination to their work.
