Job Description:

This 13-week contract as a Registered Nurse involves providing inpatient telehealth care on nights at Mercy Hospital Springfield. The role focuses on managing med-surg and cardiac overflow patients, with the opportunity to use telemonitoring equipment, IV pumps, and lift devices. The responsibilities include assessing patients, titrating medications, and coordinating with team members to ensure patient safety. The position offers a steady schedule of 12-hour overnight shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with flexible guaranteed hours of 36 or 48 per week. This assignment is notable for its exposure to diverse clinical cases in a Level 1 Trauma Center, with a chance to work in a facility recognized for high-quality care and patient safety.
