Job Description:

Join a weekend-night ER travel assignment in Bemidji, Minnesota, designed for experienced Emergency Room RNs ready to step into a fast-paced, 15-bed trauma level III setting. You will be responsible for implementing the nursing process within the ED, including assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, evaluating, and documenting patient responses to health problems. Expect to work with EPIC and Accudose systems, with training provided during orientation. The role involves floating to different units as needed, with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:3 or 1:4, and no call requirements. This assignment offers the opportunity to handle a variety of emergency procedures, including rapid assessment and stabilization, in a setting that values safety and teamwork.
