Job Description:

This travel assignment places you in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) environment, where you'll be working 12-hour night shifts at Nampa Hospital in Idaho. Your responsibilities will focus on managing critically ill patients with complex conditions such as heart failure, respiratory failure, sepsis, and post-surgical complications. You will titrate ventilator settings and IV drips including Propofol, Levophed, and Fentanyl, providing critical support alongside a dedicated team. The role offers an opportunity to work with hospitalists around the clock, with intensivists available via telehealth. Expect to be part of a well-coordinated team, floating to nearby ICUs if needed, with minimal patient-to-nurse ratios that ensure personalized care. First-time travelers are welcomed, and your experience, professionalism, and teamwork are essential for success in this fast-paced setting.
