Job Description:

This travel healthcare opportunity calls for a dedicated RN with a minimum of two years of recent medical-surgical and obstetrics experience. The role involves floating between Med Surg and OB units at a South Dakota hospital, performing procedures typical of these departments while adhering to Sanford Health's uniform standards—navy scrubs with no logos, and proper badge-in/out protocols. The shift is a 12-hour rotating schedule, averaging 36 hours weekly, with every other weekend and holiday work required. The assignment includes three call shifts over 13 weeks, offering a chance to experience hospital life in a setting where independence in ER and Med Surg work is essential. Candidates must have current BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications, and should be prepared to complete EPIC and unit-specific training. This role offers a unique blend of independence and collaboration, with opportunities to work across multiple units while maintaining a professional presence in a well-established healthcare environment.
