Job Description:

This contract role involves providing ICU nursing support in a well-equipped hospital unit situated in the scenic Hill Country. You will be responsible for managing a patient load in a 10-bed ICU setting, working 12-hour day shifts for a duration of 13 weeks. Your duties include responding to high-acuity cases, implementing protocols like STEMI and Stroke, and collaborating with a dedicated team of staff. The assignment gives you a chance to demonstrate your independent judgment and multitasking skills, especially if you have prior experience in charge roles. Expect a mix of critical patient interventions and teamwork in a vibrant, fast-paced environment with a focus on patient safety and excellent care.
