Job Description:

Join our team in a fast-paced Trauma ICU as a dedicated RN, where you'll be stationed in a top-tier medical facility in Omaha, Nebraska. This 13-week contract offers 12-hour night shifts, giving you a chance to experience the unique rhythm of overnight nursing work. You'll be managing critically ill adult and pediatric patients, including trauma cases, strokes, sepsis, and respiratory issues like ARDS. The role involves titrating critical drips such as vasopressors and sedatives, interpreting cardiac and telemetry monitors, and collaborating with a skilled team of nurses and techs. You'll participate in unit-specific orientation and work within a supportive environment that values quick thinking, teamwork, and a positive attitude. This assignment provides a chance to sharpen your critical care skills while experiencing the dynamic challenges of a Level 1 trauma center.
