Job Description:

Join a Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool as a Registered Nurse specializing in neonatology and pediatric intensive care. This role involves floating across various pediatric units, including PICU, NICU, Peds MedSurg, Peds PACU, Peds ED boarders, and postpartum/mother-baby units. You'll need to leverage your PICU and NICU experience to provide exceptional support in diverse settings, navigating different patient needs and unit protocols. Expect to work 12-hour night shifts on a flexible schedule, with each shift running from 19:00 to 07:00. This 13-week contract offers significant variety and the chance to broaden your skills with exposure to multiple pediatric environments. The assignment emphasizes autonomous, adaptable nursing practice within a fast-paced, specialized pediatric hospital setting.
