Job Description:

This ICU Registered Nurse position offers a hands-on experience caring for neuro and stroke patients, with opportunity to float among SCU, NCU, and CCU units. The role involves managing ventilators, ICP monitoring, lumbar drains, and other specialized equipment, requiring precision and adaptability. Expect to handle fresh post-op craniotomies, central lines, arterial lines, and oversee CRRT and HD therapies. With 12-hour day shifts scheduled four days a week for a total of 48 hours, you'll be working in a fast-paced environment where your skills will directly impact patient outcomes. Facility policies require limited neuro experience and specific certifications, including ACLS, BLS, CPI, and NIH evaluations. This assignment provides an engaging challenge for RN professionals ready to step into a dynamic ICU setting.
