Job Description:

This ICU RN contract offers an engaging opportunity to work in a busy Level 1 Trauma Teaching Hospital with 637 licensed beds in Macon, Georgia. You’ll be caring for critically ill adult patients with diagnoses such as respiratory failure, sepsis, stroke, and ARDS, often managing ventilators, invasive lines, and vasoactive medications. The role involves a 12-hour night shift over 13 weeks, with a typical weekly gross earnings of $1,663.21. Expect to be part of a highly collaborative team, utilizing advanced equipment like EPIC EMR, Alaris IV pumps, and Phillips monitors. The unit emphasizes teamwork, quick thinking, and precision in managing complex ICU cases, with a focus on patient stability and advanced bedside procedures. First-time travelers are welcome, and experience in ICU nursing with relevant certifications such as BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and ideally CCRN will prepare you for this rewarding assignment.
