Job Description:

Join our team as an occupational therapist in a rewarding hospital setting with a focus on acute inpatient and rehab therapy. This role offers a structured schedule of four 10-hour days, giving you a solid work-life balance. You'll provide therapy services to patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, strokes, brain injuries, and other medical conditions. Your expertise in acute inpatient and rehab environments will be essential as you work closely with rehab aides and manage a caseload of 10 to 12 patients daily. The facility emphasizes a collaborative approach, and you'll have the opportunity to work with the EPIC electronic medical record system. This assignment is perfect for therapists with at least one year of experience, including first-time travelers, who are willing to cover various areas including ICU, based on need and experience. Expect to work rotating weekends and participate in department-specific orientation to familiarize yourself with protocols and workflow.
