Job Description:

This operating room contract at Boston Medical Center offers an engaging opportunity for surgical professionals with at least three years of inpatient surgery experience, including trauma cases. The role involves working 12-hour shifts—starting at 7 am on day shifts and 9 am or 11 am on night shifts—with a typical commitment of 36 hours per week over a 13-week period. You will be involved in a wide variety of surgical specialties across 22 fully staffed ORs, with the chance to float to nearby campuses if needed. Expect to handle diverse surgical procedures, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and bring your expertise to busy, high-acuity cases.
