Job Description:

Join the surgical team at a prominent hospital in San Jose, CA, for a 13-week contract as a circulating nurse in the operating room. This role involves supporting a variety of surgical procedures across specialties such as neuro, spine, orthopedics, ENT, GYN, and cardiovascular surgeries, including heart procedures like CABG and valve repairs. The setting features five OR rooms with perioperative equipment, where you'll collaborate closely with a team of 38 RNs and techs. The shift is an 8-hour day, totaling 40 hours per week. Expect to be involved in a fast-paced environment that demands expertise in heart procedures, OR protocol adherence, and a strong team orientation.
