Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as a PCU/Oncology Registered Nurse in Ventura, CA, where you'll be a key player in patient care on a busy oncology unit. This role involves floating to Med Surg and handling adult to geriatric patients, many requiring chemotherapy and telemetry monitoring. Expect to manage complex medication administrations, including chemo, Vasoactive drips, and blood products, as well as perform critical skills such as port access, IV starts, and dysrhythmia interpretation. You'll work 12-hour night shifts, providing care during a time when the hospital quiets down to focus on patient stability and recovery. This assignment offers a fast-paced, hands-on experience in a supportive environment that values your expertise and flexibility.
