Job Description:

Join our team as a Travel RN in the Med Surg / Tele unit at Mercy Hospital Joplin, where you'll be stepping into a fast-paced environment that keeps you on your toes. This 13-week assignment features night shifts on a 3x12 schedule, providing ample opportunity for rest and leisure during the day. You'll work with post-cardiac surgery, cardiac, and medical patients, taking on responsibilities such as acting as Charge RN when needed, ensuring smooth patient flow, and utilizing EPIC electronic medical records. The role demands excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and a minimum of two years of experience. If you’re comfortable floating as required and possess BLS and NRP certifications, this could be your ideal contract to enhance your skills and experience in a reputable facility that values compassionate care and teamwork.
