Job Description:

Join our team as a critical care nurse in an intensive care setting where you’ll be handling some of the region's most complex adult patients. This role offers the opportunity to work in a high-stakes environment, caring for patients with respiratory failure, sepsis, head injuries, multi-system organ disfunction, and other intricate medical conditions. You’ll utilize your expertise in advanced hemodynamics, titration protocols, and ventilator management, including HFNC, BiPAP, and CPAP support. The position requires proficiency in handling medically delicate and surgically complex cases, with an emphasis on high-acuity patient care. Expect to work 12-hour night shifts and manage an average patient load of three critically ill adults. Epic experience and the ability to perform competency assessments within 24 hours are essential. This assignment offers an enriching clinical experience with a focus on advanced patient monitoring and interventions, making it a unique opportunity for experienced ICU nurses ready for a challenging environment.
