Job Description:

Join a pediatric float pool team in Charlottesville, VA, as a Pediatric Critical Care RN for an 18-week contract. In this role, you'll be floating across various pediatric units, including PICU, NICU, peds med-surg, peds PACU, peds ED boarders, and postpartum/mother-baby. This position requires PICU and NICU experience and offers the chance to rotate through diverse pediatric environments, keeping every day engaging and far from monotonous. You'll work 12-hour day shifts from 07:00 to 19:00, with an estimated commitment of 36 hours weekly, providing a balanced schedule with every other weekend and two out of three winter holidays off. This assignment is perfect for a versatile RN looking to expand their pediatric critical care skills while working in a supportive hospital setting.
