Job Description:
Join our team as an Electrophysiology Technician in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and be at the forefront of cardiac, vascular, and interventional procedures. This 13-week contract offers the opportunity to work within a state-of-the-art facility performing complex cath lab interventions such as embolization, coiling, ablations, and device implants like ports and pacemakers. You'll experience a setting where advanced equipment like Impella, IABP, and Shockwave are routine, and you'll play a vital role in procedures that require high skill levels and confidence. Expect 8-hour days, with shifts typically starting early in the morning. You'll be expected to work independently, support your colleagues, and contribute to a highly efficient STEMI response team. Emergency team assignments may arise, requiring flexibility and quick response, but rest assured your expertise will make a difference in urgent situations.
