Job Description:

Join our team as a Surgical Technologist in Albemarle, North Carolina, for a rewarding 13-week contract. In this role, you will work in a facility with five operating rooms, assisting with an average of 20-22 cases per day across specialties including General Surgery, Orthopedics, OB-Gyn, Endoscopy, Cataracts, and ENT. You'll be supporting a dedicated team of OR transporters, charge nurses, and other specialists, using advanced technology like EPIC EMR and Alaris IV pumps. This assignment is perfect for professionals with 1-2 years of surgical experience who enjoy a fast-paced environment and teamwork that makes the dream work. The schedule consists of 8-hour days with on-call duties approximately once a week and every fifth to sixth weekend, including holiday work at 75%. The facility offers a smooth onboarding with two days of departmental orientation and provides scrubs, free parking, and a professional environment focused on surgical success.
