Job Description:

Join our team as a RN specializing in Dialysis, providing care in a fast-paced outpatient dialysis setting across multiple facilities in Shreveport, LA. You will be hands-on with hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis patients, working independently and traveling between sites — often on the Braun machines. Expect to access fistulas and catheters, support patient needs, and manage treatments under a 1:3 RN-to-patient ratio, with some units requiring 1:1 care. This role features 12-hour day shifts, rotating weekends, and scheduled call shifts, all wrapped into a 13-week contract with opportunities to extend or request time off up to 7 days. The work environment encourages autonomy, critical thinking, and professionalism, with a focus on delivering quality dialysis care in a collaborative setting. The main hub is WKMC (WK North), but you will support other nearby facilities as needed, providing a diverse and enriching professional experience.
