Job Description:

This operating room nurse position offers a chance to work in a fast-paced surgical environment that values independence and specialized skills. You'll be expected to work as needed by the unit, including scrub and circulate, with proficiency in robotic surgeries—especially with the Davinci Xi and DV5 systems. The role involves navigating various surgical specialties such as robotics, orthopedics, gyn, urology, and trauma, often with little notice for changing schedules. It’s a hands-on role that requires at least three years of experience, trauma background, and travel experience, ensuring you're ready for a variety of procedures and settings. The assignment is for 13 weeks, with 10-hour shifts, and a weekly commitment of 40 hours. Flexibility is key, as you'll be responding to urgent calls, working weekend shifts, and possibly covering holidays or floating as needed.
