Job Description:

This respiratory therapy contract offers the opportunity to work across multiple campuses within a vibrant healthcare network in Shreveport, Louisiana. You will be supporting high-risk deliveries, NICU/PICU patient care, and managing ventilators, ABGs, and inhaled medications. The role involves floating between four facilities, each about 20-25 minutes apart, providing a diverse and engaging work experience. Expect to be involved in neonate intubations, airway management, and rapid response situations. The schedule includes 12-hour night shifts, with weekend rotations and on-call duties, making this a well-rounded and dynamic assignment for seasoned RTs who thrive in fast-paced settings.
