Job Description:

This Medical Lab Technician position involves working in a Critical Access Hospital setting in Seward, Alaska, primarily during evening and night shifts. The role entails performing laboratory tests with a focus on blood bank, chemistry panels, COVID and flu testing, and urinalysis. You’ll be handling a variety of samples and operating within a laboratory that values precision and efficiency. The assignment offers the chance to experience the unique environment of a rural hospital, where your skills directly impact patient diagnosis and care. Expect a fast-paced, detail-oriented workload, with opportunities to float within scope as needed.
