Job Description:

This 16-week travel assignment places you in the Med Surg Float Pool, where you'll flex between all Med Surg Tele units and the South East Tower. Expect to work evening 12-hour shifts from 3 PM to 3 AM or 3 AM to 3 PM, with a rotating evening schedule. In this role, you'll provide support across multiple units, assisting with patient documentation, coordination, and unit coverage. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who enjoy variety and the challenge of floating to different areas within the hospital, all while experiencing the vibrant healthcare scene of Rochester. Note that working at least one holiday and occasional weekend shifts is required, and a flexible schedule is appreciated to meet the facility's needs. Charting is conducted via EPIC, ensuring familiarity with leading electronic health record systems. The assignment is ideal for experienced nurses comfortable with a dynamic schedule and ready to make a meaningful impact over 16 weeks.
