Job Description:

Join our esteemed ICU team in Peoria, Illinois, for a 13-week contract as a Registered Nurse in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU). This role offers 12-hour day shifts, giving you the chance to work in a fast-paced environment where you will interpret EKG strips, manage arterial and central lines, and care for ventilated patients requiring advanced titration of vasopressors and other vasoactive medications. You’ll collaborate with a dedicated team of house supervisors, charge RNs, and hospitalists, while supporting patients suffering from conditions such as Sepsis, ARDS, and pneumonia, among others. This assignment is perfect for experienced ICU nurses ready to handle complex cases and utilize advanced skills in a setting that emphasizes clinical excellence.
