Job Description:

This RN position in the CVICU at a community hospital in Lake Havasu City offers a chance to work in a well-regarded, Level Trauma 3 facility with 16 beds dedicated to adult and geriatric patients. You will be responsible for managing complex cardiac and trauma cases, including STEMI, NSTEMI, sepsis, strokes, and post-surgical care like CABG and valve repairs. The role involves a 3x12-hour day shift, with a weekly commitment of 36 hours over 13 weeks, and requires participation in call rotations. The hospital emphasizes teamwork and technical proficiency, with a focus on patient stability and recovery. Experience in travel nursing, familiarity with Medhost EHR, and certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and NIH are essential.
