Job Description:

Join our ICU team in Pendleton for a 13-week travel contract that puts you at the forefront of critical care. This role involves night shifts (12 hours) caring for patients with complex conditions like respiratory failure, sepsis, and ventilator needs. You'll work in a supportive environment with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2-3, managing ventilators, titrating drips such as vasopressors and insulin, and collaborating closely with RTs, tele techs, and house supervisors. Your expertise will help stabilize and monitor patients in a fast-paced setting that values teamwork and skill. If you're comfortable with all age groups and thrive on technical challenges, this assignment offers a rewarding opportunity to make a difference while working with experienced staff in a well-staffed ICU.
