Job Description:

This 13-week travel contract places you in the Cath Lab at a Level 1 hospital in Peoria, Illinois. Work 10-hour days in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment where you'll assist with approximately 4 to 20 cases daily. Your responsibilities will include reading EKG strips, titrating drips, and supporting emergent procedures such as TAVR, MITRACLIP, and peripheral interventions. The role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside 24/7 cardiologists and a dedicated team, with on-call shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays. Be prepared for occasional longer hours during emergent cases and to serve as a resource for nursing staff while maintaining a professional, adaptable approach. Whether you're experienced in IR or cath lab environments, this assignment challenges your skills in a setting that values precision and teamwork.
