Job Description:

This physical therapist role at Kindred Hospital Westminster offers a chance to work in a 113-bed facility with adult and geriatric patients, primarily focusing on respiratory-related treatments. Expect to handle approximately 8-10 patients per shift, providing therapy for those with diagnoses such as respiratory failure, trach, orvent. The position involves working the 4th floor during 8-hour daily shifts, with a commitment of 32-40 hours weekly over a 13-week contract. The setting is a hospital environment that values experienced and adaptable professionals comfortable with both SNF/SAU and hospital experience. You'll collaborate closely with supervisors who understand the nuances of respiratory therapy and contribute to patient recovery in a supportive team. Unique to this assignment is the requirement for familiarity with trach/vent procedures and the flexibility to serve around a 25-mile radius as needed.
